Governance, Risk & Data Protection

Compliance

We have a deeper understanding of our clients, and we apply every relevant compliance framework to reach out to them in permission-based, targeted ways. We support your demand generation initiatives — and show you how to maintain marketing compliance at every stage of the funnel.

Our Approach

We fully ensure our processes are GDPR compliant as a dynamic and reliable service provider, and we take responsibility for maintaining the safety and security of your sensitive data. Integrity is our key principle and the foundation of our company philosophy, which keeps us committed to basing every engagement on this standard.

Our policies have been updated to better reflect our ongoing efforts to comply with the GDPR and to help you understand your privacy rights.

We are aware of the crucial components of protecting personal data — applying security, privacy, confidentiality, availability and integrity in a world where data largely drives society. This allows us to service clients in a trustworthy manner without ever compromising the personal data entrusted to us, embedding data protection by design and by default across every campaign, database and touchpoint.

Our Five Data Protection Pillars

Regulatory Frameworks We Operate Under

Every data set we build, enrich and activate is mapped against the prevailing privacy regulation in the target jurisdiction.

GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation was created with the goal of enhancing data protection for people living in European Union member states, and came into force on 25 May 2018. Its main objectives are to increase individuals’ control over their personal data, help reduce the risk of data loss, and harmonise regulatory privacy and data standards across the EU.

CCPA (California)

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 requires US businesses to implement a range of comparable privacy measures, giving Californians unrivalled rights over their data within the United States. The law became operative on 1 January 2020 and applies to every qualifying “business” that collects, sells or discloses consumer personal information, subject to defined exemptions.
